I served as the Deputy Director of the Organizing Committee for the 2017 Winter Universiade, overseeing the work of 3,000 volunteers, more than 100 full-time and freelance staff, over 2,500 cultural event participants, and managing ticket sales, which exceeded 230,000. I was also responsible for coordinating the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as hospitality programs. As a result of our team’s efforts, the 2017 Winter Universiade in Almaty was recognized by FISU (the International University Sports Federation) as the best in the history of the Winter Games.
