TANA is my personal project — one that is close to my heart. Since 2017, I have been engaged in a new initiative for Kazakhstan: modernizing libraries and creating public spaces.
In 2023, my team and I officially established a Public Foundation based on this work.
To date, we have successfully implemented over 25 projects across Kazakhstan, including:
Our work has been recognized at the highest level — the President of Kazakhstan called Almaty's library modernization experience exemplary for the entire country. We are incredibly proud of this and dream of bringing similar transformations to all libraries in Kazakhstan.
Currently, our major focus at TANA is transforming rural libraries into community centers in my home region, West Kazakhstan. We are implementing this vision together with our esteemed partners, including Qazaqstan Halqyna, the Akimat of West Kazakhstan Region, the TIDAM Communication Agency, the Association of Young Leaders, the BATYR Foundation, and many other friends of our foundation.

- Seven urban libraries in Almaty
- Kazakhstan's first creative hub, Alatau Creative Hub (2020)
- The new Almaly Library
- Ongoing modernization of school stadiums, colleges, part of the city administration building, autism centers, and youth community centers
